Shipping, Returns, and Changes Policy
Shipping Policy We ship primarily via UPS. Orders with Economy may be delivered by USPS or UPS and will receive a tracking number for both methods. If the shipping address is a PO Box, military address, or located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Returns and Refunds Policy We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required for all returns.
Order Modifications Once an order is placed, we cannot make edits to the contents or shipping address. If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer support immediately with your order number. We have a short window to cancel orders before they are processed.
International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on destination and customs processing.
