Shipping Policy We ship primarily via UPS. Orders with Economy may be delivered by USPS or UPS and will receive a tracking number for both methods. If the shipping address is a PO Box, military address, or located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within two business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs, including:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.
  • Tracking Orders: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s site.
  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts and before tax). Shipping fees for other orders are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Returns and Refunds Policy We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required for all returns.

Order Modifications Once an order is placed, we cannot make edits to the contents or shipping address. If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer support immediately with your order number. We have a short window to cancel orders before they are processed.

  • Address Verification: Ensure your shipping address is correct by reviewing the order confirmation email and the thank you page after checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Subscription Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after your order has been processed, you must contact customer support to cancel the pending order as well. Subscription cancellations are effective for future orders.
